Ask Urza.gbc

I thought it would be a fun project to make a GBC game for ask Urza, i definitely intend on adding more features and fun things. 

Right now this isn't fully accurate to the original,  I am still learning how to make better games but the switch only let me do 16 options so there are some missing effects. However the Fun house has Urza 2.0 effects and i plan on working in some sort or
